AtΒ Wild Boys Supply, we take pride in the quality of our outdoor and survival gear. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns

We currently do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to exchange your item for another product under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
    The product arrived broken, torn, defective, or unusable.
  • The wrong item was delivered
    The item received is different from what was ordered.
  • The item has missing parts
    The product is incomplete or missing included accessories.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition
    The item must be clean, unused, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The request is made within the allowed return period
    Customers must contact the store within the return window, such as 7 days after receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase is provided
    Customers must provide an order number, receipt, or confirmation email.
  • Photo or video proof is submitted
    For damaged, defective, or wrong items, customers must send clear photos or videos as proof.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
